LRSD serves as a connection to school-based mental health services for over 1,600 students. LRSD's Mental Health Department supports parents with comprehensive child and adolescent mental health services that are child and family-centered, culturally sensitive, and strength based. LRSD also holds regular trainings for teachers and staff to increase awareness, eliminate stigmas, and provide new strategies.
